Celebrating success - Whakauae's Stacey Ranginui graduates

After several intensive years of juggling part-time study, a demanding job, a busy whānau and various sports commitments, Stacey Ranginui graduated on 08 March 2019 with not one, but three qualifications. At the annual UCOL graduation ceremony, she was awarded the New Zealand Diploma in Business (Level 6), the UCOL Diploma in Accounting and the New Zealand Diploma in Management. Stacey joined Whakauae as an Administrator in 2009 and since then has continued to grow her skills and knowledge including in the area of financial management. More recently appointed as our Assistant Accountant, she has worked consistently to extend her practice through her formal programme of learning at UCOL.

Joining Stacey to celebrate her graduation, held at the Royal Whanganui Opera House, were members of her whānau along with Whakauae colleagues. Making graduation an even greater whānau success story, Stacey's daughter Tanisha Houltham was awarded her Bachelor of Nursing degree during the same ceremony.

We celebrate Stacey's success in her studies thus far and look forward to supporting her in ongoing quest for knowledge. Whāia te iti kahurangi, ki te tuohu koe, me he maunga teitei!
