It is with huge excitement and privilege that I have the opportunity to be the Office Administrator for Whakauae. I studied Māori all through my school years with NCEA level 1-3 endorsed in Te Reo Māori and am currently doing a part time bachelor’s degree in Te Reo Māori and Property. Prior to this role here at Whakauae I was a Shift manager at McDonalds Rangitikei Street in Papaioea from 2021 completed my Level 4 in Quick Strands Fast Food Management and moved to little Whanganui in May 2026 due to my partner switching roles, and I am really enjoying it here. I’m passionate about Te Reo Māori and the mātauranga around the Kaupapa, so I am excited about the mahi I do and will get to do.
I’m excited to learn and grow in this role at Whakauae, the team are so kind and welcoming, I’m incredibly privileged to join them in the office here in Whanganui.
